ZERO TOLERANCE FOR RECEIVING GIFTS AND FAVOURS
Please note that with immediate effect the tolerance for receiving / accepting gifts, favours, drinks, dinners & lunches (except necessary meals on the vessel) from vessel personnel, superintendents, agents, owners, ship operators and similar related parties is lowered to “Zero”. Any attempts to invite inspectors for dinner / drinks or to give gifts of whatever value small or large, should be politely declined referring to company policy and MUST be reported. Unless the customer policy is more stringent than the above, the SMS policy overrides any other customer policy in this regard. For understanding and awareness of all associates and employees, The Company shall communicate ZERO TOLERANCE policy at an annual basis.
