SMS has an established system for communication channels with Clients as well as internal. Office staff primarily liaise with Clients for day-to-day requirements and communicated to respective inspectors of the region. Almost every person in SMS is on communications network. Conferences facilities are used for communication between persons located around the globe. Most day-to-day communications are open and transparent. Additionally, formal and informal meetings are the means of communication.
