CYBER SECURITY & DATA PROTECTION POLICY
- All Systems used for company operations shall be protected by an approved anti-virus software. Anti-virus shall under no circumstances be turned off.
- All sensitive documents shall be backed-up at monthly intervals in a dedicated USB drive. All USB drives used shall be pre-scanned for virus.
- All data collected shall to accurate, up-to-date and shall be used for activities which are company related purpose only. All the data shall be protected against any unauthorized or illegal access by internal and/or external parties.
- All data shall be stored for a minimum of 12 months.
