COMMITMENT TO HUMAN RIGHTS & IT'S DUE DILIGENCE POLICY
Human Rights due diligence policy is guided by the Guiding principles on business and human rights by the UN Human Rights council:
- SMS believes in providing a professional and positive working environment to it’s Inspectors and Shore staff who will be treated with dignity. There is zero tolerance towards any act of Harassment and discrimination and any such act, shall be investigated by the Senior Management.
- SMS shall ensure that Inspectorsand Shore staff are paid as per Industry standards and on time. Any complaints thereof, shall be positively dealt with to mitigate recurrence.
- SMS shall ensure that Inspector possess legal documents to travel to international countries.
